Returns & Replacements

All shipments undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a product in any of the conditions listed below, please notify us within the timelines given.

7-Day Return Window — Acceptable Reasons
You may request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery for the following:

  • Damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken product/package

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product past its expiration date on arrival

  • Incomplete order / missing products

Important: For damages, leakage, or missing items, please report the issue within 4 days (96 hours) of delivery.

Returns Not Accepted

  • Opened, used, or altered products

  • Missing/damaged original packaging (cartons, labels, seals)

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Damage/missing items reported after 4 days of delivery

  • Returns for non-manufacturing reasons (flavour/taste preference, general dislike, etc.)

  • Issues like stomach upset, headache, etc.

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items

How to Raise a Return/Replacement

  1. Email us at admin@jetaqua.com within the relevant timeline with:

    • Order ID and delivery date

    • Clear photos/videos of packaging, product label, and issue

    • Short description of the problem

  2. Our team will review and respond within 24 working hours.

  3. If confirmed defective, we may ask you to safely discard it and arrange a replacement.

  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable, please self-ship via a reliable courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed upon proof.

  5. Once received, the item will undergo quality checks, and we will process a replacement or refund.

Note: Replacements depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Refunds

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The product returned is used, tampered, or not in original condition

  • Incorrect/unserviceable address provided at checkout

  • Product is partially consumed and then returned

  • Returns policy conditions are not followed

Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • Product is out of stock at time of processing*

  • Address is unserviceable by courier partners*

  • Product passes quality checks and complies with Returns Policy

  • Duplicate payment for the same order

*In such cases, orders may be proactively cancelled and refunded.

Refund Method & Timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect post-approval.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
